Super helpful staff and a decent selection. I've bought multiple fixtures and ceiling fans here. They'd get five stars except for their digital marketing strategies. I purchased a fixture in store on a Wednesday and provided my e-mail address explicitly for the warranty, stating that I did not consent to any other email. The person helping me replied 'of course' and we completed the transaction. By that next Saturday I had received *five* spam emails. This place is insanely overpriced. Their floor lamps are bent, cheaply made garbage. $440 for a fake rustic painted, bent floor lamp, eat me. One had the color and reminiscence of speckled doggy diarrhea, you know... right after your dog eats it's own feces in the backyard and then craps it out again. I'd say the color was called "feckle matter".

An excellent place to shop for lighting for your home! The customer service far exceeded my expectation and I would give it a 10 star. There was no waiting for help as soon as I walked into their store. The selection of lighting was also excellent and I picked out exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend this store!
I highly recommend them. We found our lovely unique dining room hanging fixture here. Big box stores lack availability of style selections & it's better to support local. Though all the staff is great, Justin is awesome!

I called the store and spoke with Marshall, to get some information about a particular lamp I saw on the Lamps Plus website. While on the phone, I described the difficulty we were having finding a lamp that would meet all our lighting needs (good reading light, LED, a shade or shape that would avoid glare from the light when walking around the room and dimmable). Marshall and Kevin were so kind and helpful. We came back on 4 different days with more questions before we made our final selection, and they answered each one patiently. When we got the light home, we realized it would hang a bit too low for our kitchen. We took it back -- no questions asked, full refund. (Of course, you can't have actually installed it.) The merchandise variation was nice, lots of different lamps for all budgets. But we stood in the store for a long time before we were greeted by one of the many sales clerks. We then ended up walking out as the associates continued ignoring us. It was a waste of time.
