Wonderful customer service. I came here to return lamps but it closes at 8 PM. As I arrived, I saw an employee closing the store. However, as she saw me standing there, she opened the store for me and accepted my returns. The service here is one of the best I've ever experienced.

Beautiful lamps. Too bad the ones I ordered aren't hanging in my home and instead I've had exposed wires and no light for two weeks. When I went there on march 9th and ordered two pendants that we're on sale for $140 each, I was a little annoyed that the scatterbrained sales rep took 40 minutes to place our order, but the lamps were pretty and a good deal. Selection and variety of lamps is pretty impressive. There's a large variety of price ranges, too. It's part of a giant chain of stores. On weekends they always seem critically understaffed. You have to wait in line/be lucky enough to flag down a sales rep (after you've picked out which lamp you want on your own) and then they have to go in the back and check the computer, and then they have to take all of your info and put it in the system (for your "one year warranty"). Terrible customer service. They'll order what you need/want but won't call you to tell you it's in, it's going to take longer, etc. Once the sale is complete,expect crickets.

We bought 3 light fixtures from Lamps Plus, but when we installed them, we found that they didn't give enough light. We were able to exchange them for 3 fixtures that gave the light we needed, with absolutely no hassle. Shari expedited the exchange for us, and made sure that all the details were taken care of. I bought a lamp here for my business and had some problems with it.The staff here went far beyond what I expected when it came to making things right. This place has the coolest light fixtures around and even better great customer service.Thanks Lamps Plus staff.

Ooooph!! Man this place is like a sweat shop!! I guess I'll need to visit only during the winter months as the heat from all those lights really got to me! Shopping while sweating is not my thang....nuff said... Prices seemed okay, help was around, just busy with other sweaty customers...Lamps Plus or minus....meh....
