Justin was the absolute BEST!!! He greeted us warmly upon entry of the store, he followed up with us, searched for items we needed, gave wonderful design advice and found the best take home option for us (free shipping). This was our best experience in a lighting store to date! Ask for Justin R!!
My wife drove to the Lynnwood Lamps Plus to pick up a lamp they had in stock that we saw on their website. When my wife arrived to pick up the lamp, they would not honor the price from their own online website. She left without purchasing the light. Talk about lack of common sense by store management. That is incredibly poor customer service!

We recently went to Lamps Plus and selected an outdoor lighting fixture for our front yard. The employee found the fixture and transformer in his book and ordered the parts for us. He ran us through how easy it would be to connect the parts and then plug the light into our existing outdoor outlet. I am renovating my home and was looking for a specific type of lamp along with checking the store out for future purchases. A young clerk helped us find what we wanted and when we told her we'd take it, she said she just had to ring up another customer. Half an hour later she was still ringing him up. None of the other clerks would help us, I assume because they work on commission and she had staked her claim on us. We left. Lamps. Lamps. More lamps! Drove down to the store thinking they might have something in stock that I could install that day. Staff was friendly. Bought a ceiling lamp and a dimmer switch. I thought the price was fair. Everything worked. Dimmer was easily installed. If you need a lamp go check out Lamps Plus.

This store is one of my happy places! I went in with my friend Laura and she's legally blind. We asked for assistance from Alaina because she seemed very helpful and approachable! She was so delightful and so knowledgeable with all the different chandeliers, pillows & mirrors we had questions about. I will definitely keep coming back to this store in the future, instead of ordering on-line. I hope Alaina stays at this location for a very long time. She's such an asset to this store!
Impressed with customer service by Justin. He helped me over the phone and recognized me when I came into the store. I was so impressed of how helpful he was. Showed me stuff in the show room then looked things up in the computer to show me more styles. Very polite and very helpful. I really appreciate all the help Justus, keep up the good work. Thanks
My better half went to Lamps Plus in order to procure some more down tube extensions for a hanging light we have. She brought one of the extensions we already have to use to match up with what we need. She was helped by one of the employees who matched up the part and placed an order for two. We received the shipment and, upon opening it, realized immediately that they weren't the correct parts. I called the store and spoke to the employee who placed the order.
