I have to give a shout out to the Lighting Specialist, Samantha "Sam" Choi at the Lynnwood, WA Lamps Plus. We are building a very modern home and have been looking for over 2 months for our lighting needs. Hometown businesses with that good old fashioned customer service are hard to find nowadays, but Lamps Plus hit it out of the park tonight. I brought an elderly and disabled friend there today because she just needed a lightbulb changed in her old lamp from the 1970s. The young lady who helped us was so sweet, and went the extra mile to take time with my friend and understand what she needed and listen to her stories. A FLAKY outfit not honoring their word!!!! Don't patronize them. Had a rebate offer of $20 on $100 purchase on line from Lamps Plus from my credit card. Went to Lynnwood store and decided on a water fountain. Sales person asked me to purchase it there, told her about my on line purchase offer requirement. She checked with manager and said it is the same. She placed the order on my CC, but never received the rebate, checked with CC company and was told it was a kiosk purchase. We walked into the Lynnwood store today ready to buy lights for our kitchen renovation. We found some beautiful blown glass lights we loved. We told the salesman what we wanted, he looked up an item for us and when we turned around he was helping another customer who was already being helped by another salesperson. We waited around for almost 10 minutes and no one else helped us. We had $1000 worth of lights picked out and left without being helped.

I did a ton of shopping online for a small decorative desk lamp. Sometimes you just have to visit a store and see some options in person. I've always been a big fan of Seattle Lighting, but this time I couldn't find a good option. Wandered over to Lamps Plus, as it's only about a 20 min. drive on weekends. Do not ever order from them. They won't deliver. Lost my order. Just go around in circles. Most unethical company I have seen in a long time. No calls back. No straight answers. They have my money, but no pendant lights were ever delivered. They blame it on 3rd party vendor. Well then quit using that vendor. Crooks!!!
