Birdeye introduces social reconnect workflow for Facebook and Google
ImprovementThe social reconnect workflow is designed to address all integration errors associated with GMB & Facebook pages on Birdeye platform.Birdeye has announced 'Reconnect' workflow for its Social module. Now, users will be able to easily reconnect their social pages with Birdeye if the connection with the pages are broken. Upon receiving a notification on this error within the dashboard, the user can simply click on the 'Reconnect' button and fix the error.
