Now, track respondent's location using 'Location' type question

As a multi-location business, it is important to capture the location of your business for which a survey response is received. Birdeye now allows businesses to capture the location of the survey respondent using the 'Location Type' question.

The new 'Location Type' question will help businesses bring accountability and clarity. Businesses can easily add 'Location Type' question while creating a survey by adding all the locations where they operate from.

In the survey reports, the responses received through the 'Location' type question will be tagged to the particular location mentioned by the customer in the response.
