Tag-based Reports now available on Birdeye

Birdeye now offers businesses to view tag-based reports. These reports can be accessed from the 'Reports' tab and are placed within the last category under 'Review reports'.

To enrich data for a business, tag reports are sorted under three categories: 'Over time', 'By count' and 'By location' and can be viewed in chart or table format. The 'Over time' option allows you to view the tag data aggregated over time. The 'Tag by count' report shows the number of reviews a tag is associated with. The 'Tag by location' report shows the number of reviews associated with a particular tag at a given location and is available for enterprise accounts only. 

The tags are sorted in descending order for all reports and a user has the flexibility to sort it in ascending order as well. These reports display detailed information on review tags and can be downloaded (chart or table) or emailed to one or multiple email IDs.
