AI Search

New Capabilities

AI Search BETA account closure notice

Know when your AI Search BETA account reaches the end of its 30-day period and how to get help before it closes.

  • What changed: When a report runs on an AI Search demo account, a one-time message appears in the UI letting you know the account will expire after 30 days.
  • Why it matters: You know upfront how long you'll have access to AI Search on the demo account, so there's no confusion about when it ends.
  • How to check it out: If your AI Search BETA account has been active for over 30 days, look for the notification banner and support button in the app.

Applicable to both Direct and Partners

Content Hub integration for landing/service pages

Turn AI Search recommendations into ready-to-publish landing and service page content in just a few clicks.

  • What changed: Eligible AI Search recommendations can now generate landing page and service page content for you.
  • Why it matters: You can act on recommendations faster, turning them into ready-to-use page content without leaving AI Search or using a separate tool.
  • How to check it out: From an eligible recommendation in AI Search, choose the option to generate landing or service page content.

Feature enhancements

AI Search usage and timing clarity

Know exactly how many AI Search prompts you've used and when your next report arrives.

  • What changed: AI Search now shows how many prompts you've used in your current cycle, when your next report will run, and clearer messaging about when setup changes take effect.
  • Why it matters: You always know where you stand on usage and timing, so there's no guesswork about when a change you made will show up in your results.
  • How to check it out: Visit your AI Search dashboard to see current usage, your next report date, and updated messaging whenever you make a change.

Applicable to both Direct and Partners

More visual detail in AI Search reports

Get richer visuals and deeper insight straight from your AI Search reports.

  • What changed: AI Search reports now include enhanced visuals, plus an expanded view for reading full prompt responses.
  • Why it matters: You can explore your report data and review complete prompt responses more easily, without leaving the report.
  • How to check it out: Open an AI Search report and click a prompt to see its expanded response view.

Applicable to both Direct and Partners

Surveys

New Capability

Randomized survey questions

Keep survey responses more reliable by shuffling question order for each participant.

  • What changed: You can now turn on randomized question order for surveys, so each respondent sees questions in a different sequence.
  • Why it matters: This helps maintain a consistent response rate across all questions, since no single question always lands first or last in longer surveys.
  • How to check it out: When creating or editing a survey, turn on the question randomization option.

Applicable to both Direct and Partners

Marketing Automation

Feature enhancements

Campaign ROI: full-year reporting

Now review a full year of campaign ROI performance in one view, instead of just the last 90 days.

  • What changed: You can now view Campaign ROI data for up to 12 months, instead of being limited to the last 90 days.
  • Why it matters: If your sales cycle runs longer than a few months, you can track full-year campaign performance and ROI in one place, making annual reviews and budget decisions easier.
  • How to check it out: Open the Campaign ROI report and choose a date range of up to 365 days.

Applicable to both Direct and Partners

Reports

Feature enhancements

Hide locations with no data

Hide locations with no data from your reports for a cleaner view.

  • What changed: You can now turn on a setting in report settings to hide locations that have zero data, so they no longer appear in your reports.
  • Why it matters: You get cleaner reports that surface only locations with real activity, making it easier to spot genuine trends without noise from empty locations.
  • How to check it out: Go to report settings and turn on the option to hide locations with zero data.
