About the Role
We are looking for a Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist specializing in Finance recruiting to join our Talent Acquisition team and help us identify, attract, and hire high-caliber Finance talent.
This role will be responsible for managing the full recruiting lifecycle for Finance positions, partnering closely with Finance leaders and hiring managers to understand business needs, build effective sourcing strategies, and deliver a strong candidate experience.
The ideal candidate is a highly hands-on recruiter who knows how to find Finance talent, move quickly, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and manage multiple searches simultaneously.
What You’ll Do
Full-Cycle Finance Recruiting
- Own the end-to-end recruiting process for assigned Finance positions in the US, from intake through offer and close.
- Partner with Finance leaders and hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, interview processes, and hiring priorities.
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill Finance positions.
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, recruiting platforms, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct recruiter screens and assess candidates against defined competencies and role requirements.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely movement through the interview process.
- Partner with hiring managers to calibrate candidate quality and make data-driven recruiting decisions.
- Manage offer development, closing, and candidate negotiations in partnership with Compensation and HR as appropriate.
Hiring Manager Partnership
- Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to Finance leadership.
- Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation, candidate expectations, and competitive hiring dynamics.
- Challenge hiring requirements when appropriate and help managers distinguish between must-have and preferred qualifications.
- Establish clear recruiting plans, timelines, and sourcing strategies for each search.
- Provide regular pipeline updates and proactively communicate recruiting risks or challenges.
Candidate Experience
- Deliver a high-touch, professional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates and ensure timely follow-up.
- Represent the company's culture, values, employee experience, and career opportunities authentically.
- Develop strong relationships with candidates, including those who may not be the right fit for an immediate opening but could be valuable for future opportunities.
Recruiting Operations & Analytics
- Maintain accurate and timely candidate information in the ATS.
- Track recruiting activity, pipeline health, conversion rates, time-to-fill, and other recruiting metrics.
- Maintain organized pipelines and talent pools for recurring Finance hiring needs.
- Identify bottlenecks in the recruiting process and recommend improvements.
- Partner with the broader TA team to continuously improve sourcing strategies, interview processes, and candidate experience.

- Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills.

- Finance hiring managers view you as a trusted recruiting partner, not simply a candidate source.
- High-quality Finance pipelines are consistently built for priority roles.
- Difficult Finance positions move efficiently from intake to offer.
- Candidates receive a strong and consistent experience throughout the process.
- Hiring managers have clear visibility into pipeline health, challenges, and market conditions.
