Birdeye and STORIS Integration
STORIS is an integrated, omnichannel retail software solutions, and is used by furniture, bedding, appliance and electronics industries. Once your Birdeye account is integrated with STORIS, Birdeye will pull the first name, last name, email address and phone number of your customers based on certain defined triggers. After your customer information is pulled into your Birdeye account, review requests will be sent out every day, automatically.
