Birdeye's robust NLP (Natural Language Processing) engine scans all the customer reviews and identifies a list of keywords or adjectives and attributes sentiment to each of the snippets. To make NLP more efficient, businesses now have the ability to edit sentiments for existing snippets, delete existing snippets and create new snippets as well.
Birdeye strives for a better quality of sentiment analysis and to complement this goal it has launched the feature where a user can correct the sentiments or even add new snippets from the dashboard.
To add, edit or delete sentiment for a snippet, click on the 'Snippets' tab within ‘Insights’. To learn more about snippets, read the help center article.
