    Multi-location businesses can now seamlessly manage social integrations

    Now, multi-location businesses can setup their social integrations for all or a few locations at one place. Users can manage social pages, review responses and review sharing within the Birdeye dashboard.

    Multi-location businesses can now seamlessly manage social integrations

    Birdeye will now allow multi-location businesses to setup social integration for all or specific locations at one place. Now, the social setup can be done at enterprise level and can be divided into three major steps: 'Manage social pages', 'Manage review response' and 'Manage review sharing'.

    • Manage social pages - Gives you the ability to manage all your social pages across several locations in one place. You can search and find the pages, reconnect the disconnected pages, and more. 
    • Manage review response - Provides a single landing page where you can map or align social pages. Unmapped pages can be found in a separate tab. You can either map the pages for different locations manually or in bulk.
    • Manage review sharing - Provides an option for you to configure review sharing or auto-posting for every location across the social media channels. You can make the configurations manually or update in bulk.
