Birdeye introduces notifications for social integration errors. Now, you will be able to view these notifications in the Birdeye dashboard if there is an error with the social integrations. The notification would include the social source and the business location name.
As a user, you can click on the error icon on the top bar to view the error details. Clicking on the 'Reconnect' button will take you to a new page where you can reconnect the page with broken integration.
If multiple pages with broken integrations are associated with a single social account, all the errors can be fixed simultaneously by logging in to that account.
