'Contact us directly' option now available for Survey third-party review question

Businesses will now be able to get feedback from a survey respondent by giving an option to share direct feedback instead of sharing a review on third-party sites.

Birdeye has added the option of "Contact us directly" toggle button within Surveys' Review Request question type. The feedback given by a user will appear under 'Direct feedback' source within the 'Reviews' module. The functionality is similar to the 'Contact Us directly' option within Campaigns and can be found while creating a survey under its last page section. 

This will help businesses build a direct relationship with their consumers without compromising the brand's rating.
