    Businesses can now reply to customer queries via email also. As a part of this upgrade, a user can now respond to a messenger query within their email client.

    Now, businesses can reply to customer queries via email also. As a part of this upgrade, a user can now respond to a query via email. They can use the 'Reply' function to compose a message and send it to the customer instead of composing a new email. Also, the user does not need to log in to Birdeye to reply to a Messenger query.

    Once the email is responded through the email client, the communication history will be updated on Messenger. This response will be sent to the customer via SMS also.

    Supported email clients are: Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook.
