"Easy as 123" What do you like best about Birdeye? All review platforms on one site for ease of access, instant communication with customers. What do you dislike about Birdeye? "Effective Product with Great Support" What do you like best about Birdeye? BirdEye is constantly adding new features and functionality, making them an even more significant asset to our business. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Honestly, I can't think of anything I dislike. Only smooth sailing so far. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We get immediate feedback from our customers visiting store locations, the opportunity to more swiftly correct customer issues, and deeper insights into store locations.

"I love using Birdeye!" What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye is very user-friendly. If and when I have questions, they are very responsive to my inquiries!!! What do you dislike about Birdeye? When I first started using Birdeye there were additional steps involved on ways to do things. Birdeye is always looking for ways to improve their product and it shows. They've streamlined all the processes I use daily and it makes my job that much easier. I've used them for years and they keep getting better! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to get our customers feedback in a timely manner and with a new added texting feature we will be able to reach out to past customers to keep us fresh in their minds for future use.

"Simple and easy to integrate into our system. It has helped enhance our membership engagement." What do you like best about Birdeye? The chatbot "Robin" has been an enormous time saver for us. I love the fact that we could use our own FAQs to make Robin's repsonses accurate to our policies and procedures. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Integrating our locations was a bit difficult since we have a couple of centralized departments. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: If you are looking for a product that can truly help you touch all aspects of your business's online reputation, Birdeye does just that. It's fully integrable and easy to manage using all the tools they offer. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Our membership response times have greatly improved, and it also helped us manage our public platforms a lot better.

The convenience; we can communicate and gauge our customer's perceptions for all 16 of our locations. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I cannot identify anything that I dislike. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Birdeye has been a solid partner in assisting us to achieve our goals. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to get a good sense of how our customer truly feels about our service. We can see where are excelling and where we need to improve.

"Great app, easy to use" What do you like best about Birdeye? Ability to send/receive messages from customers instantly What do you dislike about Birdeye? I haven't come across anything I dislike Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: n/a What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? we are able to connect faster with customers. customers can send a message about vehicle repairs and we can answer any questions without them having to come into the office. It makes it more convenient

"Good integration, easy to use dashboard" What do you like best about Birdeye? The integration with our property management software is seamless. Customer service is good and our dedicated account rep is very knowledgeable and helpful. What do you dislike about Birdeye? It can be challenging to get our residents to buy into the review process, but this is not a BirdEye issue but more of a customer engagement issue. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are increasing the total number of reviews and have a way to track and respond to them as they come in. BirdEye keeps us organized.

"Operator Friendly" What do you like best about Birdeye? Super simple to use. In particular, I like how easy it is to read a review and reply right away. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I don't have much to report in the dislikes. At the moment, the only thing I would say is it's inconvenient that you cannot respond to Yelp reviews directly from Birdeye. I'm sure this will change in the future. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We're able to address all of our review needs in one location. Very convenient.

"Does the job and more" What do you like best about Birdeye? These are my favorite: - interface is very intuitive and easy to navigate - learning curve for a newbie is very low because of how simple and clean the platform is - never froze or showed me error messages whatsoever What do you dislike about Birdeye? I believe they do not have the capability of scheduling reports, although i like the fact that i can save filters. i wish they have a way to respond smoothly to Yelp reviews, although, the copy and paste functionality helps as well. not a deal breaker because i understand how yelp is strict with their partners Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: When shopping for softwares, its not just about the cost, but most importantly is the Customer Support. BirdEye has amazing support and a team who can provide a wealth of information because they have clients from different industries. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? soliciting reviews and managing them! the ease of responding to reviews and getting a pulse on overall customer experience

"Review" What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye provides a streamlined way to track your review and analyze your reputation management initiatives. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I think there is a challenge with converting campaign review requests sent into actual reviews. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping an eye on our property's reputations. By looking at these numbers on a regular basis we are making sure our review ratings are improving.

"Business Reviews Made Easy!" What do you like best about Birdeye? The setup for BirdEye online reviews is simple and easy, and their staff support is beneficial! They did almost all of the work and help us continue to keep the account fresh! We continue to add locations and the process is basically seamless! Our internal systems don't allow files to be sent directly, but we've been able to find a simple easy process to sent our review data. I love how easy it is! What do you dislike about Birdeye? We've been very happy with the service; at times, there are many features, and the dashboard can be confusing. Thankfully, the BirdEye staff can help quickly resolve them. At times, our representative changes and that can be tough, but part of the software world and BirdEye does a great job communicating! Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: I highly recommend Birdeye for multiple location businesses, the price is right and the results are fast and easy! It's a great platform to provide you an ideal way to watch your online reputation! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We've been able to quickly generate more online reviews to our multiple location business by using the BirdEye platform. It's easy to use and fast to implement. We can add locations at any time, and the support staff is helpful. I also love the data and insights provided, it's a quick and easy way to see how we're dong and how we've improved over the years. Data is king in this type of software and we're thankful BirdEye cares about the great reporting.

"Birdeye is the best" What do you like best about Birdeye? Self-explanatory and pretty easy to use; it allows me to log in either from desktop or phone, all convenient. What do you dislike about Birdeye? It has nothing that I would dislike as it is good enough. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? It ensures that we send a text on one push and get back a reply on it within seconds.

Absolutely fantastic service that makes it so easy for our company to ask for reviews from our partners. Not only does it make things easier for us, but it makes it easier for people to leave reviews for us. The Birdeye support is also super responsive and very quick to hop on suggestions and requests.

"Great for Optometry and Optical" What do you like best about Birdeye? We have received numerous positive feedback/reviews and inquiries through BirdEye that has helped us grow our practices. The system is easy to use. What do you dislike about Birdeye? BirdEye should also cater to other country currency payments and pricing (i.e. CAD). Birdeye should look into delivering a payment portal as a feature to easily allow users to pay for invoices online. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: If you own multiple locations, you can negotiate special pricing. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? What problems are you solving with BirdEye? We are able to gain valuable feedback from our customers to find new ways where we can improve our business. We are increasing our online presence through reviews and their listings features. We are answering inquiries much faster through the web chat application. "Great tool to monitor your customer reviews!" What do you like best about Birdeye? BirdEye is a very easy-to-use tool that allows you to be in touch with your customers. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I have not found any items that I dislike yet. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Instead of getting bad reviews in Google, Yelp, etc., you can have the customer contact you directly. This will allow you to solve the issue they have. If the customer intends to leave a positive review, they can do it right away.

"The customer service has been incredible." What do you like best about Birdeye? I like that Birdeye seems to come up with new offerings and reaches out to us to see if it would be something that would work for our company. What do you dislike about Birdeye? At first, we had a lot of reps . We have had the same account manager for over 3 years which has been great. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Birdeye is an easy to use platform. For us, we are able to secure online reviews efficiently and effectively without a lot of work on our part. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We have cleaned up a lot of our clients online presence. This has ultimately helped them to increase their business. Overall online presence is everything for our clients. Some have gone from 2 negative Google reviews to over 20 positive reviews.

"Great, easy way to communicate" What do you like best about Birdeye? The accessible communication Birdeye gives us with our patients. What do you dislike about Birdeye? There is a slight delay in the communication sometimes. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are rescheduling patients that have missed appointments or confirming appointments. Patients are much more apt to text than answer a phone call.

"Increased exposure for our company!" What do you like best about Birdeye? I like that Birdeye handles sending all of our customers' reviews. Once we connected our system, the BirdEye platform immediately sends the customer a request for review after we close their ticket. It also catches potential negative reviews. The feature that accepts voicemails and texts our customers after business hours has also helped our business. The account managers are great and we haven't had any issues reaching out when necessary. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I wish that more info could flow into Birdeye. We have a public e-mail address (info, sales, etc) that we would love to be able to respond to from our BirdEye Account. We currently use another ticket-based source to respond to communications, but being able to do everything from BirdEye would be great. BirdEye recently integrated Google Messaging which was a huge plus. This was one more separate app that we don't have to access. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: I recommend insuring that your platform can integrate with BirdEye. If it supports Zapier, more than likely you will be okay with BirdEye. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We do not have to manually send review requests. Our reviews have increased by 70% in the first year. The additional reviews allow customers to find us quicker than before. The local SEO option also helped during our recent store move. We only had to go to one place to update our address.
