    Sanyam was absolutely brilliant. I'm not the greatest at this type of thing so he had to show great patience with me. He explained and went through the whole process and how I can tailor Birdeye to my needs. I cannot thank Sanyam enough.

    I recently had the pleasure of going through the onboarding process with Birdeye for our company, RanLife Home Loans. Our onboarding specialist, Itishri made it an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. I cannot praise Itishri enough for her professionalism, expertise, and dedication to ensuring a seamless transition onto Birdeye's platform.

    Abhyuday was amazing. I feel like I got enough information and help to boost my business and I even recommended to my fellow business owners to join bird eye since I truly believe this is the best solution for small businesses in the market at this very moment. He is very patient and kind so I didn't feel like i am a computer illiterate and i got to learn how to use the portal. Thank you so much!

He also knows the Birdeye platform like the back of his hand and has made implementation a breeze. Thank you, Sean!     Shiva has been so great during the onboarding process. Extremely responsive and helpful. The process has been pretty seamless thus far. Dean was our sales rep and he was fanastic too!

    Our Rep who sold us Birdeye left right before implementation, so there was confusion at the beginning with our contract, which had to be changed. That part almost made us change our minds about Birdeye, but since then, all has been good so far. Gautam has been super helpful and knowledgeable and really made the implementation very easy, he was great!

    I often felt that I did not understand what was needed from me, which caused multiple delays in our onboarding process. There were multiple instances where we had a call scheduled, and we found we couldn't move forward with the call because something was outstanding that I wasn't aware of. Through our onboarding my direct team did not receive formal training on Birdeye, so it is now something we'll have to schedule with our new account manager. Overall, the onboarding process was not smooth, and I'm left feeling that we do not fully understand where to go. I am thankful for the responsiveness to my emails, however I don't feel that we received the level of organization I expected.
