    Our Association has been affiliated with Manor for some time. We currently have a property manager that is spot on for all of our needs. He is knowledgeable and available. I am very pleased with the service we are currently receiving.

    My agent went above and beyond to help me. They called my on my phone to walk me through and also asked if I had anything else and I did but didn't have any information on it. He was able to walk be through finding an email then he checked, found the ticket number, gave me an update and give me a date I will hear back.

    Birdeye Review - superior reporting - not at good though at reviews Pros: Reporting in this tool is top notch. Includes NPS scores. Cons: At a retail level it does not work nearly as well as our prior tool Podium. Birdeye lacks a Chrome Extension. We have discussed with Birdeye support and product management this key feature missing. They seem disinterested. We'll most likely move back to Podium when our agreement is up. Overall: Great reporting. Great support team. Lacking a key feature though (Chrome Extension). So we will most likely move on.

By providing business owners the ability to overcome issues, acquire positive reviews, and work more effectively with their clients and customers, BirdEye is making both businesses and customers better. - -Currently I have clients I have enrolled in BirdEye and I work with clients that have enrolled in BirdEye. It's always a pleasure to show my clients such immediate results in gathering reviews and getting more SEM traffic due to high ratings. Pros - Reputation Management has never been better. By providing Gated Reviews, businesses can help catch bad customer experiences before the reviews hit the internet, giving the company a chance to fix any problems and win customers for life. -Easy-to-Integrate code displays your reviews on your website, and the schema markup helps those reviews to pass stars into Google. Win Win for SEO and SEM. -Citation management is an included piece of the pie, which also helps local businesses to make sure local clients can find them and see their reviews easily Cons - It would be nice for Birdeye to work with product reviews. Currently they're about business reviews only. -Is there a way to get BirdEye to sync with Amazon? Product reviews on Amazon would be huge. -The integrations are generally easy to add, but it would be nice to have a WordPress addon that makes it happen seamlessly. Likelihood to Recommend - I work with over 100 dermatology, chiropractor, and dental offices, and local businesses that utilize BirdEye as their only reputation management platform. I recommend any new clients that are not currently utilizing the platform to definitely do so, because stars get sales. Users and Roles - There are only 2 people in my business, but we both see and interact with all the businesses we're currently running BirdEye for. This includes sending over negative reviews for service, in-depth reporting, and tracking conversions utilizing BirdEye integrations. Return on Investment - My clients have experienced very large increases to overall SEO and SEM traffic after reviews began coming in, this has increased CTR and conversions through ads to generate more revenue than ever before. -The old-school gated review processes were wonky and required way to much time with hands-on functionality. With BirdEye the software manages almost all the work, so we can spend less time manually managing reviews. -Being able to provide local SEO and reputation management as a service option has increased our overall retainers while driving more growth for our clients. It's a win/win for relatively low investment. Alternatives Considered - There really isn't anyone doing what BirdEye does. There are other Reputation Management agencies that have account managers and much higher retainers. BirdEye automates the process like nobody else, and that's why they're growing so quickly. Other Software Used - Moz, Google Analytics, Google Ads (formerly AdWords)
