Working with Birdeye for managing our on line reviews was one of the best experiences I've had while setting up an online service. Kajal's guidance, follow up and follow through was consistent. Birdeye's support team worked with my Yardi team to ensure an easy set up for a successful outcome.

Birdeye made the onboarding experience fairly painless over a 3 week time period. We had some problems with our EHR and they helped every step of the process to get it resolved with our IT person. Our rep Chetna was exceptional. Very friendly, professional and knowledgable. Our rating has already gone up .4 points in just a few weeks! We're very glad we've implemented it for our business.

Great product and even greater customer service! Pros: Birdeye's platofrm is user friendly and their customer service is second to none! Implementation was easy, efficient, and timely. Cons: So far, nothing to note! From the onboarding process to demos and day-to-day use, we are really enjoying the platform and the service. Overall: From the beginning, our agents listened to our needs and the solutions we were looking for. I feel like a valued customer and that this product is a worthy investment.
Easier to connect with patients via Birdeye texting vs calls/emails. Pros: It's easy to text patients - being a medical practice. The Hipaa-compliant security is a must. Customer support is always speedy. Cons: We lost some important templates and our phone number at one point, which meant we missed a lot of correspondence from patients. Overall: Convenient for sending post-appointment reviews to guests. We get better responses throughout the day via Birdeye texting vs phone calls/emails.
Good for Our Biz Pros: The easy automation of reviews - receiving them and the auto responses. With this comes the overall brand and reputation protection. Cons: Some of the automation features for responses could be more intuitive. For example, certain words found in the review = a certain response. Overall: BirdEye helps to build a reputation and maintain it. It's easy to use and when you need help, you can usually get a human in short time. I also like the social media interface.
Great for Surgical Practice Pros: Communication with our patients. My favorite took is the internal messages. It allows for in office use. Cons: It sometimes logs me off mid-conversation causing the message to delete and us having to restart the message. Overall: Our clinic staff loves it. Its a great service. Love that we can crate templates for quick use when needed
Long Term Customer + Fan! Pros: I like the fact that they are continually trying to innovate. The core product does exactly what we need to help us capture more online reviews, communicate virtual and capture actionable insights. As we've been a customer longer, we see them leaning deeper into AI components that can produce more robust data and insights. The rep that handles our account is also very responsive and helpful when we do have issues. We can track how many leads go from Birdeye to converted sales and it shows the true value for the money we get with our investment every monthly. Cons: When signing on with Birdeye, setup was well handled. However, we tried to work on some custom features that took much longer than expected. It did eventually come to fruition but much later than anticipated. Rely on the core product as your gage for your decision and you will save some of the hassle we experienced. Overall: We moved to Birdeye from a similar platform. They were able to import all information from our prior platform to theirs, which was a huge plus. Onboarding team was on top of things. Our account rep has always been friendly, helpful and available. We have dug deeper into the features over time, as there are many and that can be overwhelming when tackling them all at once. Overall, it has been a very positive experience.
In a review driven world, Birdeye is a necessity Pros: I like how it is able to be integrated into our ERP platforms and how it helps us maintain our online reputation. I don't even have to think about sending someone a text or email asking them for a review. We are able to customize how/when we engage with our customers and it has been a delight to work with. Cons: I genuinely can't think of any negatives to Birdeye. I've never ran into any issues at all with the software. Overall: I've been using it for 6 years as a Property Manager and it has been great. Now more than ever, reviews are so incredibly important for your business. They're almost as important as having a website or a phone number for someone to call and ask questions. They are a place where folks can give unfiltered takes of how they feel their experience at your business was. Birdeye makes managing this super easy and I didn't think I would at first - but I have really enjoyed some of their newer AI features.
