Hands down best reputation management platform on the market. Many features and functions, but I use primarily for automating the review process. We use a POS called Mindbody and Birdeye integrates directly with it to automate the review gathering process completely. Hands off for the business owner. Highly recommend!

My hygienist Yolanda was very thorough and great. She made me feel very comfortable and I don't feel afraid coming for a dental visit. Everyone is very friendly here. I have been coming to Downtown Dentistry since my first tooth appeared. I am a teenager now and still like coming for a regular visit.
