Understanding that the NPS calculation logic has been a prime requirement among customers, Birdeye has now introduced a new NPS calculation system. This will help the user understand the calculation used in review ratings.
The new system will normalize review ratings into NPS scores, and identify Promoters, Passives and Detractors. Promoters, Passives and Detractors will be highlighted in 'Green', 'Yellow' and 'Red' respectively. This will be easier for businesses to learn who favours them and who does not. As a result, businesses can take appropriate measures to meet their clients' requirements.
