Business owners using Birdeye now have the ability to reply to a survey respondent right from their Birdeye account, allowing them to reach out to the respondents directly. With this new enhancement in Surveys 2.0, businesses can solicit essential feedback to improve their products and services.
A survey respondent can be converted into a possible lead while an unhappy customer can be converted into a promoter using this new feature. The reply will be sent to the customer's email address.
In the case, if the email ID is not populated automatically, Birdeye also allows you to add email IDs manually to send a reply to the respondents.
