Now, respond to Facebook messages using Birdeye messenger

Facebook Messenger is now integrated with Birdeye Messenger. The user will be able to respond to the conversations initiated by a customer on Facebook Messenger through Birdeye Messenger. Every time a customer initiates a chat on Facebook Messenger, they will be added to Birdeye contacts and the conversation history will be saved on Birdeye. If the last message was received from Facebook, the response will go to Facebook.

A user needs to make sure that the Facebook account is integrated with Birdeye to receive messages via Facebook Messenger. To learn more about this feature, read the help center article.
