    With improved features, now you can choose audience within your Automated campaign based on the source a contact is added from.

    Birdeye enhances audience selection in Automated campaigns

    As a part of a new enhancement in Campaigns 2.0, the audience in an Automated campaign will now be configured based on the source, a contact is added from. The contacts can be added through sources such as 'Check-in', 'SFTP' feed file, 'Integration', or 'API'.

    These sources will be selected by default. You can manually select the 'Upload contact' option to configure the audience that you have uploaded manually. This configuration can be done while creating an automated campaign.
