    Review Growth Pros: Review management with Birdeye has helped me and our company a lot. We get quick feedback and it helps our company's online rep. Cons: The dashboard was a little tricky at first but the trainers helped out a ton.

    Best review management Pros: I like being able to quickly send a review request to my subcontractors after they finish their work on a project. I know it helps our company and it let's me know how things went in their eyes. Cons: I really don't have any complaints. It'd be great if it integrated with our project management software but hopefully soon.

    Birdeye for the review win Pros: It was simple to request our subs and vendors to submit a review once a project was complete. Cons: It was a little complex at first, but the onboarding team helped to smoother that process out.

    Great software, more than pays for itself Pros: Allows us to convert conversations to clients easily. Great for getting reviews Cons: Sometimes it does not transfers clients phone numbers and emails from our CRM system Overall: Overall good experience, the staff are always helpful and informative

    Quick Connection through Birdeye Pros: Birdeye lets me get messages to the office quickly through our website chatbot. They can also direct messages to me as needed. Cons: Nothing really. Once I got passed all the many features and locked in to the parts I needed, it was easy going.

    Birdeye is Tops! Pros: Birdeye has helped us increase our online reviews which will eventually move us up the page on Google. Really good for our industry. Cons: All the features were a little overwhelming at first, but the training and customer support helped us out.

    Reviews make it all happen Pros: The review request automations are great for us. As we complete jobs, we send out review requests to our customers and vendors. Great to hear what went well...and what needs some attention. Cons: There really aren't too many things that I don't like. The software didn't easily integrate with our project management software but customer support helped us overcome that!

    Easy as pie to use Pros: I like the user interface the most. Everything is laid out perfectly. Cons: When sending surveys to customers via text and email, we have trouble with non-Canadian numbers. Also, if an email is invalid, the text sometimes doesn't send. If the phone number is invalid, the email sometimes doesn't send. Overall: Overall it is really awesome and I enjoy using it daily.

    Better Solutions Available. (BirdEye cares about their business not yours.) Pros: The BirdEye solution is decent. Review requests get delivered and the process for getting reviews from customers is a simple process. Cons: Poor business practices. Your sales rep will likely be a native English speaker, advanced customer service will be handled buy a specialist who is talented but overseas. Nothing wrong with overseas software firms or client support-- but wow, it was really frustrating at times especially when you have questions related billing and agreement questions. Overall: The software is decent. It seems to me that BirdEye cares more about their business, than their clients business. We were adopting a new software (ServiceTitan) to manage our technician scheduling, billing, project management, office management, etc. This new software was going to replace two of the main reasons we were using BirdEye. We communicated this to our BirdEye sales representative 6 weeks before our agreement with BirdEye was to renew. Our English speaking sales rep said "Ok, well just let us know." A few weeks later when I told them for sure that we'd be adopting the new software in 4-5 months. They said "welp, we require a 30 day notice to cancel or your account automatically renews for this initial term of the agreement, so you'll need to stay with us for another year." We have since onboarded with the new software but are stuck paying BirdEye $1700+ month for a service we no longer need. Very frustrating. We are now paying $1700+ a month for a software we don't need. Shame on me for not memorizing their agreement. Shame on their sales rep for not telling me plainly "look if you are going to adopt a new software in a few months-- give us notice of cancellation now and then when your current term expires we can go month-to-month." Very frustrating. We escalated the issue to an upper management guy in India who made it clear BirdEye's cares more about BirdEye than their clients. Shame on BirdEye for unreasonable business practices.

    Birdeye is great! Pros: Birdeye is a great way for us to send out review once a project is complete. Cons: When we first got Birdeye it took me a bit to adjust and navigate. Overall: Has been an amazing experience.
