With Birdeye, businesses now have the ability to create tickets from the survey responses received from the respondent. Once a ticket is created by a business, it can be tracked, assigned to employees and closed after a resolution is arrived.

Business owners using Birdeye now have the ability to reply to a survey respondent right from their Birdeye account, allowing them to reach out to the respondents directly. The reply will be sent to the customer's email address.

With improved architectural optimizations, Birdeye announced better performing daily digest alerts within scheduled time of delivery.

Using the Birdeye's Social publishing feature, users can now preview the URLs and publish them on social channels. The user will also be able to preview the URL within the Birdeye dashboard before publishing it on social media

To launch result-oriented Campaigns, Birdeye will now flag contacts with inaccurate information ensuring business users can correct the contact details.
