In addition to business websites, Webchat will be now available on both free and paid Birdeye microsites. As soon as a visitor lands on a business microsite, the Webchat window will be enabled to initiate a conversation. It will help businesses to engage visitors and capture more leads via Birdeye review profiles.
For businesses with free profiles on Birdeye, this feature will be enabled only if a valid email of the business exists on Birdeye. The Webchat on Birdeye profile and the business' site will be the same. You can receive the messages from both sources.
