Greg and Sean arrived promptly and fixed our A/C within a matter of minutes. The unit was cooling again within the hour. Our home was cold all night long without any hiccups. We can’t say enough about their excellence! Thank you! We valued the service so much we happily signed up for the 2-year membership with Amtek.

I’ve been looking for a new AC unit for the past year! Greg, (I hear is the bosses right hand man) came to see if my unit was reparable or if I needed a new one, on his way home from work. I had a bad coil so needed a new unit. It works fantastic, my installers were fast, efficient, and professional. My home cooled down from 85• to 75• within 15 minutes of my new unit starting up! Today was the 2nd visit to fix a problem they caused, and now my pine ceiling is soaked along with my hardwood floor. The pipe the tech claimed he glued was not connected and there is no glue. Do better. We have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. Very disappointed.

This company installed my AC a couple of years ago, I called today because my unit was not cooling. Lady that answered the phone was very nice. They came out and charged me $472 to change a capacitor. Seems outrageously expensive. Tech was there 20 minutes. Don't know why I had to pay the trip charge of $95 if I had the work done. I asked the tech to waive it, he said no. Will use a different AC company in the future.
