I was truly fed up with this office and their unprofessional manner of providing care. I braced myself for today’s visit and went in expecting the usual attitude of indifference accompanied by the clear goal of getting me out as quickly as possible with the absolute minimum of contact. In the past, it was 100% evident that they had no interest in my health, safety, or welfare. The whole experience was great, from the front desk to the dentist himself. I felt informed, listened too and had everything explained to me with a future plan of action as well as addressing my immediate issue. I look forward to continuing my care at Hanover Aspen Dental.
Great facility and staff. So I'm not exactly a fan of going to any type of doctors, but the staff at Aspen dental are absolutely wonderful. I felt comfortable being there, which is not common for myself. They are kind, courteous, gentle, very informative, extremely professional. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Had my first appointment here yesterday. The place has plenty of parking with a clean and safe parking lot. The building itself is also clean and safe. As soon as I walked into the office I was greeted with friendly smiles. I had to fill out some simple forms on an iPad that they explained to me thoroughly. I absolutely loved having my teeth cleaned there, the staff is super professional. Jessica was so helpful every step of the way. Jamie did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and I am so happy with my results! Will recommend this office to anyone and everyone. Thanks again!
