Going to the dentist is scary - it’s just in my DNA. Going to a NEW dentist can be worse. Those feelings quickly disappeared for me as I was treated at Aspen Dental in Enfield. At each step,, I was treated professional and gently. No judgment about my past missteps. Amazing... from the moment I made the initial appointment in the morning with Angie. Bringing my mom to the office, the young woman at the desk greeted us so professionally & sensitively taking in 'all' the necessary information. Linzy settled my mother, and was extremely mindful of her mobility concerns and limited vision. Dr. Lee put mom as ease immediately and 'everything' was taken care of so that my mother was most comfortable when her tooth extracted. Horrible practice, I would not recommend them to anyone. I came in as a new patient and was instantly recommended a number of services and procedures instead of getting a cleaning like I requested. I got a second opinion from my original dentist who told me Aspen Dental was nothing but a money grab, he told me I didn’t need any procedures, etc. Aspen also seems very racist towards their patients of color. I called on the call center line at night and got a first appointment for the morning because I broke a front tooth. Although they were booked and couldn’t guarantee I could get my tooth fixed, they were able to give me an appointment for that day and I hadn’t left the parking lot when called to say they had a cancellation and got me in right away. It was such a relief that they were able to fix my tooth before I left for a vacation. Everyone was professional, friendly and nice. Very much appreciated.
I had the pleasure of working with the Enfield CT Aspen dental office manager Ashley! She is an amazing person who makes going to the dentist a whole lot easier! The staff there is amazing also.
