Chris has been great to work with. They redid our roof, removed 2 layers of shingles, and were very communicative throughout the whole process which I really appreciated. There were additional concerns about where the roof met the siding and Chris went out of his way (and I would really say above and beyond) to really ensure that we were watertight despite the siding not being something that was in his scope of work to do but he really wanted to make sure we were solid while we were out of town. D&W put in a Walk-in Shower for my Grandmother, Collene Kolinski. She says the installers were especially adept, having gotten the entire old shower out and the new shower installed within a span of one day. She especially mentioned the fact that the installer, Jacob Kneuss would help assuage her concerns and was very adept at helping her decide where exactly she wanted her purchased shelving to go. We had a sliding glass patio door replaced. D&W did a terrific job. The door had to be fitted just so as our other one was bigger. We were so happy to choose this company to do it. They were not only timely but were professional and left their work area spotless! Nothing to clean. The door is quality and works beautifully.
Sales person, Jake, was very kind and took his time, going over my questions and concerns. I had an issue with a flower bed that I did not want to remove. Upon agreement, the installation people scheduled the appointment. They were a great group of guys. Friendly and courteous and communicated what they were doing. Cleaned up everything behind themselves and made sure I had what I needed. AND respectful of my flower bed, taking time to cause no damage. Great representation of a good company! We had a bathtub to walk-in shower replacement. Best decision ever. From the estimate to the installation we had wonderful people to talk to. Our installers, Eric and Gage were so very friendly and kept us informed about the work as they installed.
