He truly went above and beyond to help us find and buy the perfect home, from providing information and sharing local knowledge, to negotiating the sale and advocating on our behalf, to responding to our queries at all hours of the day and night! I had an outstanding experience working with Ryan Fach to find a suitable house. Before I was ready to buy he stayed in touch regularly for several months with updates on homes in my target neighborhoods and price range. He has a great sense of the Victoria market, so when I was ready to buy he showed me great homes and we made it happen very quickly. Friendly, knowledgeable, communicative and a dog lover. She has EXCELLENT communication and negotiation skills, answers her phone and returns your call quickly no matter what time of day, is thorough, honest, and very hard working.
