Absolutely love this bottleshop! The staff are super friendly and really know their stuff — always happy to recommend something new to try. The selection is impressive, from craft beers and fine wines to premium spirits you don’t find everywhere. Prices are fair, and the store is always clean and well-organized, which makes browsing a pleasure. I’ve become a regular customer because every visit is consistently great. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality drinks and excellent service!
Swung past here tonight and I can confidently say it was the best customer service I've had in a very long time. I was happily surprised if not shocked to save more than just a couple bucks as well. Looking forward to making regular pit stops hereafter. Cheers.
If i could give 6 stars i would! Competitive prices, in store looks incredible; modern and clean. Fully stocked ready for you to grab all your essentials. Workers are super friendly and know their stuff. Bottlemart Charlemont is truly my go to liquor stop. And hey, my beer being ice cold definitely earns them that extra nudge over large stores.
Excellent service, very friendly and helpful, open later than others around. What a great deal to get $10 off when you sign up to their reward card. Highly recommend
I was at bottle mart around 3pm Friday 19 December. Very poor unfriendly customer service. They are not a discount store, they are rude , unfriendly and not very helpful so why would I go back, when I can go to the other liquor store in the same complex. I have already suggested to my friends not to go there. It's a pity I have to give one star...
