The repairman that finally came out to fix my seat was great! He called me as soon as he was notified by Dent Dock, and set up an appointment to repair. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. The restoration looked great. I would’ve given a five star, except it took over four weeks for Dent Dock to find a repairman in my area.. Also, the updates were not sufficient from Dent Dock to keep me informed of when repairs would occur. The repairman was excellent, he did not work for Dent Dock.
