Liked the product and communication up to the week of the install. However the day of the install I was told by phone, email and text the crew would arrive around noonish. At 3:00pm they had still not arrived. No one at the company could tell me anything. There was no communication that they were running late or even if they were still coming. This was very upsetting. They did come and they did finish my garage roof sometime after 7 pm that evening.

I saw the promotion for roof repair in the article and called 1-800 Hansons to set up a time for a salesman to come by. Not too long later, Brad arrived, and told me how much it would be to get the roof repaired, as well as the different options I could choose from. After discussing the price and paying for the roof, an appointment was made to drop off the large garbage and the supplies for the roof.
