Great product and the installation! The communication to us started to come 2 months. The time came and we did not hear anything from Hanson. My wife had to call your business and you stated that it will change to December. The good this changed a day or two by you to be able to arrive in November. We had 26 windows replaced on our home. Hanson’s did a great job in measuring (all windows fit right in with minimal gap for foam sealing), communicating, and following the installation progress each of 3 days. The installation crew of Jim, Keegan, and Tye (Terry Lee 3 crew) did a professional job and were conscientious and very courteous. Installation went smoothly! Very pleased with this investment of these triple pane windows!

I was informed by the scheduling department that it was going to be a two day process for them to replace 13 window. These guys came and got started right away and got all 13 windows knocked out in under 8 hours. They did a great job and they made sure there was no mess behind when they left.
