Before the company even showed up to do the contracted work, we had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because of the unprofessional and non-responsive office staff. The installation was set to begin on May 9th and did not. Many calls were made with no plausible explanation given for what was going on. The supplies arrive early in the morning on May 10th. I have problems with my roof for 11 years shingles falls off every there are a heavy wind when the roof was put on my house it was never stripped and removed old wood I give Hanson a 1 would never recommend them to anyone my porch over kitchen still leak a roof was never replaced on it

This was the worst company I ever worked for. Eric, who used to be in charge of the canvassing crew, was one of the rudest and most disrespectful men Ive ever had the disregard to work for. They will literally drag the canvassaer with the worst numbers into the office alone and force them to choose one of their coworkers to fire compared to them. Horrible company, horrible ethics.
