I proud to say I’m a 1-800-Hansons customer for life! I had made sever calls to local companies , who didn’t call you back, would schedule or request up front money. Tyler Pomeroy called scheduled an appointment, showed up and requested no money up front until I was completely satisfied. Took too long to get the patio door. Installers were great but frame corners are not perfectly aligned. Not enough for me to be concerned but I notice it.

While we are quite pleased with the finished product, and the installation crew was exceptional, the delay to get our project completed was absolutely dismal! Initial delivery of the materials took something like 8 weeks, then the installers fell short of materials, leaving just a small portion of the job incomplete. We then faced another 8 weeks waiting for more materials to arrive.
