Mark was very nice. He spent a lot of time working on getting the loan arranged for my patio door. He had to put up with my dogs the whole time and didn't get upset with them like another salesman I had from a different company. He gave me the timeline for the project and discussed my payment schedule, told me about the company and explained what the door would look like
