Terry did an excellent job on a large plumbing project for us. His workmanship was top-notch, and he handled everything with professionalism and care. The owner of the company was also very easy to work with, responsive, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. We’re very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs.

We had the best experience with 1-800-Plumber+Air in Norwalk, CT! We were helping our son move into a new place and discovered in the middle of the night that the toilet was failing. Timely, great communication and professional. Terry from JP came to our house on 2 occasions - one to fix a leaking joint, the other to fix a leaking shower pipe. Explained the needed work, provided options, explained the tradeoffs and left us in great shape. Didn’t try to do the expensive work before trying more cost effective, alternative solutions beforehand.
