Terry did an excellent job on a large plumbing project for us. His workmanship was top-notch, and he handled everything with professionalism and care. The owner of the company was also very easy to work with, responsive, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. We’re very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs.

We had the best experience with 1-800-Plumber+Air in Norwalk, CT! We were helping our son move into a new place and discovered in the middle of the night that the toilet was failing. Mary Ann was our contact person with 1-800-Plumber. She was absolutely wonderful, quickly and expertly getting us the plumber we needed. Timely, great communication and professional. Terry from JP came to our house on 2 occasions - one to fix a leaking joint, the other to fix a leaking shower pipe. Explained the needed work, provided options, explained the tradeoffs and left us in great shape. Didn’t try to do the expensive work before trying more cost effective, alternative solutions beforehand.
this is the first negative review i’ve *ever* written but i feel compelled to share my experience. while the receptionist and technician were both friendly and knowledgeable, the overall service was disappointing. i was charged hundreds of dollars for an appointment, only for the technician to tell me there was no issue with my hot water heater. they were transparent about additional charges, which i agreed to since i was under the assumption that the problem would be addressed but they left without fixing anything at all. i... read more
