Called 1-800 for a quote on installing a gas line. The girl who answered was very informative and professional. She scheduled a quote visit for the same day. Danny & Nate were very professional, very polite, very respectful of my home. I received a quote , it was honestly a bit higher than I wanted to pay, however, with same day complete service I decided it was worth it. I recently had 1-800-Plumber + Air install a toilet for me, and they did an outstanding job! They were punctual, professional, and the installation was flawless. Highly recommend their excellent service! Just ask for Niko he will do an excellent job

These guys were GREAT!! Very professional, knowledgeable and respectful of customer and property. I called after hours for pretty much of an emergency problem. I was given an early AM appointment next morning and they were here right on time. They were hard working, honest and fair and did a fantastic job! I highly recommend this company and I absolutely will call them again. Thank you so much! 👍🙂

These guys are horrible to say the least. They literarily scammed me, they took my $255 without completing the work I paid them for. I paid them to solve the back up issue in the drain line connected to my washing machine but the issue was not resolved despite fully paying them. Who starts a job without knowing the cause of the problem and determining the best course of action to resolve the issue? Update - I was promised $100 if I kept their sign up for a month. I kept it up longer. Some people actually wrote down the number. I sent an email with picture that I had kept to the deal. Heard nothing. Excellent service, above and beyond. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend.
