Daniel was quick to show up and was amazing. His expertise and knowledge of my older fireplaces and how to fix them was so helpful. He got the job done quickly and the quality was outstanding. I will definitely be calling 1800-Plumbing +Air again. The customer service that set up the appointment was very friendly and kept me in the loop about my appointment also. They texted a pic and biography on my service agent, Daniel, ahead of the arrival. 💯 +
I needed a new toilette installed and called 1-800-PLIMBER and they had an opening in a couple of hours. He showed up on time and gave me an estimate for the work. I agreed with the price, and he went to work. He installed the toilette and cleaned up the area. It works perfectly and there are no leaks as expected. He was very courteous and knowledgeable about his job. I definitely recommend this company for any plumbing services you might need.
I called for an estimate, within 45 minutes Danny arrived, very personable, knowledgeable and fixed the issue in a timely manner. I was also impressed that he had everything he needed in his work truck, without even looking at the problem prior. I highly recommend this company.
We asked for assistance in learning how to use our gas fireplaces. 1800Plumber sent Daniel Wines, who was very friendly and professional. He showed and explained to us, how to start the gas fireplace. He also inspected the lines to ensure there was no leakage of gas. He visit was an excellent experience and we will request Daniel to come back for any future issues with our gas fireplace.
Kevin hands down is the sweetest person and truly takes his time and walks you through everything he does. He showed me step by step what was wrong with my furnace and why it needed replaced. He was also able to come the next day and do it for me instead of waiting until the following week because I have small children and it is getting cold outside. I had the greatest experience and will always recommend this company! 10/10!
