This is the second time we have used this company and we love them. Michelle is so easy to work with in scheduling appointments and always available. We have had Danny Wines out from the company to do our work and he is exceptional. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and very conscientious of his work. I would highly recommend this company. We request Danny anytime we have work to be done.
Daniel was quick to show up and was amazing. His expertise and knowledge of my older fireplaces and how to fix them was so helpful. He got the job done quickly and the quality was outstanding. I will definitely be calling 1800-Plumbing +Air again. The customer service that set up the appointment was very friendly and kept me in the loop about my appointment also. They texted a pic and biography on my service agent, Daniel, ahead of the arrival. 💯 +
Danny came out yesterday and replaced my water pump in the barn. As always, he was very professional, knowledgeable, and did an amazing job in not so great weather! Also, Michelle is wonderful, always kept me up with what was going on, schedules, etc. They are both so caring and kind. I cannot say enough about this company! So thankful that I found them!
I called for an estimate, within 45 minutes Danny arrived, very personable, knowledgeable and fixed the issue in a timely manner. I was also impressed that he had everything he needed in his work truck, without even looking at the problem prior. I highly recommend this company.
Had a really bad clogged toilet. Called in and had a plumber at my house with in a few hours. Daniel was great, knowledgeable and had some funny stories. He also saw that my trashcan was still out and brought it in for me, while it was snowing. 10 out of 5 stars. Would highly recommend.
