Reached out for a quote, got a response back that day. Michelle did a great job setting up the appointment, had an appointment the very next day, Larry got my plumbing issues squared away, and we had discussed projects I had and how much they’d cost. Reasonably priced and excited to have new shut off valves and a sink that drains once again!
Larry the plumber came in to help with our bathroom sink which had been backed up. Larry spent a long time working on it using multiple solutions. Through out the whole process he took the time to explain what he thought was happening and what he could do to fix it along with ways to help prevent further issues. Larry was kind and super friendly and at the end of the day was super affordable. I would recommend using this service and especially Larry! He’s our plumber from now on! Thank you Larry!!
The technician Kevin was friendly, but couldn’t figure out what is going on with my system says got a bad condenser or something else, I asked what happens next since I have a warranty with my system he says that he has to file a claim an I’m like ok great but now going on 3 weeks and nothing. I contacted Goodman and they said they tried to get a hold of them. Over all besides being friendly that’s why I gave 1 star not happy about service. Kevin was very prompt, courteous and helpful. He took his time and located the problem unexplained the issue thoroughly. We will not hesitate to recommend him to our friends and family for any of their heating and air conditioning needs. This was a totally great experience.
I had an amazing experience with Larry Lake. He was very professional and did amazingly thorough job to make sure I would have water after I lost water and my cistern was not functioning properly. He took as long as he needed, talked me through what could be the problem and very helpful. After he left I had my citern re-filled and wa-la, I had water. Very,very pleased with the service and profeshionalism. *****, more if I could.
