We had a great experience working with the team at One Environmental! From day one through the completion of our remediation process, Nick and Andrew went above and beyond to make sure our family felt informed and involved every step of the way. They took the time to answer all of our questions and helped ease our concerns about having asbestos in our home. We truly appreciate their time, professionalism, and expertise. Wonderful experience. I was terrified of the costs and possibilities ahead of me but this company was great. They responded quickly and had someone out to the house within 48 hours, it would have been next day but I was not home. Nick visited the house, took a sample and let me know what all next steps would be. He was thorough, knowledgeable and friendly.

Our realtor recommended this company, but based on our experience, I would not. After the initial work, they had to return multiple times to remove broken asbestos shingles left in our mulch and even inside two rooms. Despite coming back to clean up tile pieces left outside, they had to return again because they still hadn’t removed everything. These pieces were not there before, as the original shingles were in good condition, and there were far too many to have been preexisting. While they eventually apologized, attributi... read more
