This is my third year with 1040+. My tax was always handled professionally and timely. I am glad I found 1040+.
Had Joe and his staff assist with 2016 tax audit a couple of years ago. Joe took my credit to process audit fee and I helped them gather receipts and mileage reports. I am still getting past due taxes from IRS. I made at least 6 calls to Joe's office requesting update but Faisal who is supposedly working on audit but is hardly ever in office and I have only received 1 call back. Left message with receptionist on July 23rd but have not received any response. I do NOT recommend this tax office.
I've been coming to Joe for over 20yrs.. always on point. I've sent him plenty of customers and they are always happy. Edit. 4.1.25 I haven't gotten a tax return in the past two years. Someone in this office deposited the refund to an online bank called green dot . Currently filling with the bbb.com to see if they will take responsibility and give me my money back.
