The deciding factor that has influenced my decision to remain at 1205 Collection is the front desk staff. I really can’t emphasize enough how dedicated the front desk and support staff are. They want to market themselves as a luxury apartment, but do your research and they’re section 8. The new gym and carpet might trick you into thinking this is a decent place to live, but you’ll have neighbors who play their music until 3am and smoke in their apartments and the smell comes into your. Of course management has never done anything about any of the issues for over ten months. It all went downhill since Richard left. He was very attendant to the needs of residents. His attention to detail was amazing. After that? The quality of responsiveness plummeted. The light outside my room got broken and kept blinking on and off. That's a strobe light hazard and seizure risk for epileptic people. Hicham is truly exceptional. He is incredibly attentive and makes a genuine effort to remember each tenant, always stepping in wherever he can to make our lives easier and more convenient. Beautiful modern building with state-of-the-art amenities, including a fitness center, rooftop lounge, and pet-friendly facilities. However, the leasing staff and management company have been consistently unhelpful and unprofessional, often unresponsive to maintenance requests. Be sure to have a lawyer review your lease carefully, as the exit fees are numerous, steep, and seem unfairly punitive.
