Just saw Dr. Baerman yesterday and I can't remember ever having a better experience with a specialist. For one thing, I didn't have to wait. The appointment was at 11 and we started at 11. Dr. Baerman listened to my long and complicated story, and I could tell she was paying close attention, not rushing me at all. After the exam she took her time to explain what was going on clearly and thoroughly. She was most kind and I felt completely at ease. This is the way it should be done!
'Five stars! The office was very easy to get to with great parking, and the inside is clean, warm, and inviting. The entire staff is friendly and helpful, but Dr. Baerman is truly exceptional.I specifically came back to her for my hernia surgery because she did such an amazing job with my gallbladder surgery. Dr. Baeman was very professional, yet so kind and explained everything I needed so well. My surgery was two weeks ago and I am healing well. She took such good care of me. I drove three hours to see her because I trusted her expertise and appreciate a doctor who genuinely cares. I hope I don’t need any other surgery needs, but if I do, I will be seeing her!
