This was my 12 week followup. Very pleased with results and we discussed plan for next few months. I received a steroid injection in my shoulder to help with discomfort. Hoping it works great!
He is very calm and patient. He listens to what I had to say. Explains everything in detail. I highly recommend.
He took the time to understand what my problem was and how to go about treating it. I felt very comfortable talking with him. If I message him he got back to me quickly.
Since I’m not experiencing severe knee pain the Doctor suggested we start with two alternatives and I agreed.
I went with a concern about my shoulders. He discussed my situation and all the options. So he replaced my left shoulder December 2024. I had an excellent outcome. I went back for my knees. He replaced the right one September and left one December. I am very pleased with the outcome. He takes time discussing all concerns. Has great personality. .
I greatly appreciated the attentiveness to the needs of the patients and the thoroughness of details for surgical procedures.
As a first time patient Dr Nappo took time to listen to my concerns, explain my nexts steps and did not rush me out the door.
Dr. Nappo was phenomenal in explaining to myself and my husband about my upcoming operation. We both felt he was honest, had great doctor/patient concerns on the before and after results of the operation. I would highly recommend him to others.
My experience with Dr. Nappo was outstanding. I damaged my rotator cuff and after looking at the MRI's Dr. Nappo explained what was damaged and gave me 4 options to relieve the pain. He explained what was involved with the options and said to use the one of the 1st 2 options and that it is my decision. I could not have asked for a better answer so I can make the best decision.
