Dr. Nappo has been nothing short of amazing! His compassion for his patients and motivation to help them is truly admirable! He can also be very blunt and honest, which is sometimes hard to hear but very much appreciated and needed when necessary! I would say we are blessed to have crossed paths with him and would recommend him to anyone looking for an orthopedic surgeon!
Mr. Nappo is very informing and listens to your concerns! He was great and did a great job on my surgery would recommend him to anyone!
I was in significant pain for several days and called for an appointment in desperation. I was able to be seen within 2 hours of my call, waited less than 10 minutes and had x-rays completed within 20 minutes of arrival. Very short wait for the Doctor who explained my condition, gave me exercise instructions and medication. I was in and out within 45 minutes.
MD had excellent bedside manner and explained my options simply but thoroughly.
This visit was very helpful. Dr. Napa was direct informative personable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff was also extremely nice.
Dr. Explained in detail about the operation. Also told me to be mindful of my sugar levels.
Dr. Nappo was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I was pleased he spoke honestly about the surgery and the realistic outcomes, and then chose the more conservative route. The orthopedic doctors here are excellent! I highly recommend you avoid the ER and go straight to them with any orthopedic injury!
He is a great doctor. He will sit and listen to you and he explains everything to you so you understand what is going on with you. I would recommend him to everyone.
Went back to see Dr Nappo for a knee related issues,he was very kind and explained everything to me so I could understand. We talked about options and we made our decision together. My knee is so much better.
