Dwayne was contacted after my bank failed to make closing after a month and a half. Dwayne and his team never left us with unclear questions and how to proceed. They were friendly and informative. If I didn't know what they needed to move forward, they had the answer. They made the final closing inside of 15 days. They like us were under pressure to complete the loan or loose the home. They pulled it off. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed working with them.

This Company has been harassing me for three years mailing me filling up my mailbox. I’m not even a customer of theirs. The person before me that owned the house lives here. I’ve called them 21 times over the last three years and they still put 137 pieces of mail for somebody else in my mailbox this month. I’ve contacted a lawyer this company will harass you to the end of days.
I figured when I started my most recent home buying process that a real estate agent is no different than the other. That’s not the case because after deciding to use our agent from our first home purchase we realized that Selling our old home buying a new One was out of our reach. Agents were very knowledgeable and professional. They were able to walk us through each needed step so that the closing was timely and organized. The final interest rate was only 4% which I feel was the best in the area. If you would like to business with a reputable company you have one in Mutual of Omaha.
