My Mom recently had a brief stay here. While here the staff was professional, very helpful and was prompt in dealing with our situation. The vibe was pretty positive, which most definitely helps in this type of environment. The Case manager was very helpful when it came to discharging my Mom. A couple weeks after leaving this facility I received 2 phone calls from this facility and they were just checking to see how my Mom was doing, which was very thoughtful and appreciated.
I was fortunate to be in this facility from July 25, 2025 - discharged on Friday, August 15, 2025, I can't say enough to express my gratitude for the excellent care I received. Everyone was caring and helpful. I especially have great admiration for the Certified Nurse Assistants-what an unpleasant job at times but always done with kindness and care beyond what anyone would expect. As an employee, I have had the privilege 2 work along with some really good God fearing people. And together we give it our best, one moment at a time. And ... I just ate some biscuits and gravy that taste better than the last restaurant I have!!

Staff treated my husband very well. Well staffed, good food, good therapists. Nice outdoor area.
Posting for my grandma: I only gave it 2 stars because the receptionist is phenomenal and I hope her peers recognize that. I am so upset with how the phone system is there. I live out of state and I've been trying to get a hold of my sister or at least just hear her voice for the last 6 days. I know I'm being transfer and then I'm being hung up on, the way they answer the phone is so rude. If you are nurses, why are you there? I would not recommend this place. This building stinks.It's like being in Mexico or the Philippines.All you hear is people speaking in their language.I think it's rude.They know English they should always speak English in a professional setting.I can not believe this company and the administration allows this.I am talking about the employees not the residents.I witness this every time I am in this building and it's just a normal thing.
