My family is very pleased with the care my father is receiving here. The staff is very caring and compassionate. At times they do seem a bit under staffed but they work very hard. Housekeeping does a very good job keeping areas sanitary. The physical therapy room is wonderful and the therapists are very good at helping the patients with their exercises.

My therapy every day with great therapists, so nice and gentle treatments. Mostly good meals. I had fusion in my lower back and they taught me ways to move without using my back, like getting in and out of bed, using a walker, up and down in chairs and getting in and out of cars. I would go back there if I need therapy again

First off, let me start by saying I'm probably not qualified to review this place as I have not stayed here; however I work on an ambulance and have dropped off here several times and have interacted with staff and patients (residents?) This is a review comparing the quality I see here to the average Skilled Nursing Facility. Cleanliness: 4/5 the floors, counters, beds, walls were all clean, and there was evidence that great effort was put in making it nice. There's not one positive thing I could say about this place do your homework. The patients are pretty much on their own. They do not keep an eye on them. They don't make sure that they're hydrated. They definitely don't give them physical therapy when it's ordered. It's just very chaotic there.

*****BE WARE***** Dr. rao is absolutely ignorant and thinks she knows better than any doctor (her words... not mine) I removed my mother from this facility after finding out Dr. Rao changed my moms meds without consulting with her PCP or specialist, thinking she knows best, and caused my mother to revert backyards with her health. Dr. Rao needs to be removed and replaced in hopes someone else can do better for their patients

I would give this place zero stars if I could. The communication in this place is horrible. No one gets back to you. I left several messages for the Director of Nursing regarding my dads care and never received a call back. A call to the Administrator gets you no where. When you call on the weekends there are times the phone would ring up to 60 times before someone answered. We call it Deadwood Cove. The care is awful. My 87 year old father had to spend 10 days here to rehab from a fracture. It was a disaster from the beginning and I would never recommend admitting your loved one to this facility. The short list he went 6 days without being bathed and it would have been 9 if I had not pushed the issue; the wait time using the bedside call button was very long at one point he waited 40 minutes for a response for help to go to the bathroom.
