Excellent place! Question for the two reviewers that posted something? Remove your love one from this place, if your so unhappy with things. You're just as at fault if you keep them there. People are just so negative and expect everything to be perfect. Take them home and care for them the way you want them taken care of. If the foods bad take food to your loved ones. Life's to short to be bitter!

The bright spots at Lakeview are the therapists (PT, OT, and speech) as well as Devin Warren and Mirissa Weber. Other than these people, there is little to recommend at this facility. My mother was here for rehab, but it felt like she was in a nursing home. Of course, Lakeview actually is a nursing home as well as a rehab center, but the quality of care there depressed my mom - as if she was going to be there forever. Lakeview full of bs never in a million years that you suppose to fire anyone over the phone so unprofessional and instead of listening to the staff about what happen you go off of what the resident say but just know never take your love ones there they are full of it

The only bright spot are the people in Occupational and Physical Therapy. Food ranges from lukewarm to cold. Call lights are unanswered for sometimes as much as an hour. "Care" staff sometimes are on a personal phone while answering your call light and they don't hang up or pause it.

Terrible place smells like mold. Tv didn't work. Left my partner in soiled diapers for more than a day. Lost his cancer medicine. Do not recommend!!!

please dont send your love one to this place... my mom didnt get the care she should have gotton.. it took them an hour and half to help me move my mom she went sleep in the chair and was about to fall this is how she hurt herself before.. my mom wasnt clean up in her own feces and urine my sweet daughter had to wash her and clean her up. there was no call cord in her room her phone didnt work .... one day she hadnt ate anything all... did not bring her food plus they wasnt giving her meds.. i hate this place!!! feel so sorr... read more

This place is terrible! I would not recommend if you have any choice! The finance office is rude and does not communicate clearly. They also illegally placed a lien on my mother's home. My lawyer agreed that the lien was illegal, but was not willing to fight for the $4k Lakeview received when home sold. This facility is understaffed. My mom was not able to eat the food brought to her because it was tightly covered with Saran Wrap and her feeble hands could not open it. My mom waited too long for help to get to bathroom. This place is being run into the ground. They do not take care of the patients properly and never have enough staff.
